Preschool for All
Preschool for All (PFA) has partnered closely with The Research Institute (TRI) and provides funding for a Multnomah County substitute pool supporting home-based and center-based PFA child care providers in accessing child care substitutes for program coverage. This caregiver relief will support early childhood professionals’ needs and will help maintain access to preschool services for children and families.
PFA programs are eligible for 120 subsidized hours of substitute care per year in addition to the 50 hours of subsidized hours provided by the Department of Early learning and Care.
